This hotel is convenient right off the expressway. It's good for a night stay when traveling through the area. The place is clean, the staff was kind, the breakfast was typical of a free hotel breakfast, no complaint with it.

The breakfast is always suitable with efficient choices. Plus, coffee and hot water and a microwave are available at all times. Additionally, fresh water with lemon and cookies. The gentleman who works during the breakfast always makes sure it is clean and stocked- plus he is very cordial!

Staff friendly and helpful. Room was just what we needed., nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and well stocked. Coffee was excellent. Breakfast room staff gentleman was very friendly. obliging and ready full fill any request if he could.

Quiet room, very comfortable bed with nice pillows, excellent shower (good pressure, lots of hot water, non-skid tub, a free-flowing drain, handy grab bar and soap/shampoo dispensers), good space to set luggage, easy parking, reasonable price compared with other area lodging.

This cute little hotel really surprises. It looks great outside and the rooms are great. Had a request for a rollaway bed and they simply changed our room to accommodate. The breakfast was awesome!! Real food selections.

They always make cookies for people to have in the lobby. The staff is very polite and the rooms are clean. Plus it is located conveniently near the Thruway and near the highway into Rochester

I like how comfortable the bed and pillows are. I love how breakfast is provided. I love waffles, but I don't know how to use those waffle irons.

Very convenient location right off the 90, very clean, friendly staff and excellent facilities

Reasonable rate. Staff very friendly. Not enough lights need lamps or similar. We had trouble seeing hotel sign at night. Needs to be much larger and possibly lighting on road to hotel. Did not see any handicap parking.
